Refunds

Our goal at RashFlash.com is to ensure you are fully satisfied with our services. We believe in our product and its value to our customers, which is why we offer a 14-day trial for $1, allowing you to explore everything RashFlash AI Bot has to offer.

Trial Period: If you decide RashFlash AI Bot is not for you, you can cancel anytime during the trial period without any charge. Your satisfaction during the trial is our priority.

Subscription Cancellation: After the trial period, if you choose to continue with our service, you will be billed the subscription fee as stated in your agreement. If you are not satisfied with your subscription, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee from the start of your paid subscription. To request a refund, please contact our customer service team at support@rashflash.com.

Pay-Per-Booking and Pay-Per-Message Rates: For our pay-per-booking and pay-per-message services, charges are based on actual usage. Because these services incur costs with each use, we cannot offer refunds for these charges. However, you can adjust your usage settings at any time to control future expenses.

Custom Services:

For custom services, such as setup and training, due to the nature of the work involved, refunds are not typically available once the service has been completed. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction. If you have concerns about the service received, please reach out to us within 30 days of service completion to discuss how we can resolve any issues.

Prohibited Uses – Acceptable Use Policy

You agree that you will not misuse the Website, RashFlash Content, Your Content or User Generated Content. A misuse constitutes any use, access, or interference with the Website, RashFlash Content, Your Content or User Generated Content contrary to these Terms, any other individual agreement executed between you and RashFlash, and applicable laws and regulations. Termination

Termination of your account will take effect at the end of the then current Billing Cycle and will not give rise to any refund of your Purchase, unless as described under “Refund”.
